shish Kumar, a Civil Engineering graduate from Symbiosis International University, has been with Bhawani Constructions since 2018. With strong expertise in project planning, site management, and quality assurance, he has successfully overseen multiple PWD/CPWD projects, ensuring compliance with government standards and client expectations. Known for his dedication and problem‑solving approach, Ashish has navigated challenges such as monsoon delays, material supply issues, and limited site space with professionalism. His leadership reflects a commitment to sustainable practices and community development, positioning him as a cornerstone in the company’s growth and reputation for excellence.

Avinash Kumar

Avinash Kumar, an Electrical Engineering graduate from MDU with an MBA from NDIM, brings over 7 years of experience from leading firms like NTT, Ingram Micro, and NxtGen. Joining Bhawani Constructions, he contributes expertise in strategic management, project execution, and process optimization. His ability to integrate technical knowledge with managerial insight ensures projects are delivered with precision and innovation.
